Our present is made of demanding challenges and real possibilities. In order to find a balanced form of development, a long-term vision together with the ability to challenge the old paradigm is needed. Connectivity, local approach and transfer of knowledge are the fundament upon which the EPLL concept aims to contribute to the challenges of the new energy paradigm.
